Terms and Conditions
Kypros Solar warrants that its installed product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions. If the Solar system fails to meet their specified performance, Kypros solar will either repair or replace the product. The repair or replacement remedy shall be the sole and exclusive remedy provided under this limited Product Warranty. This Limited Warranty does not cover any transportation costs for return of the System, or for reshipment of any repaired or replaced solar Item, or cost associated with installation, removal or re-installation of the System. All warranty claims must be filled within the applicable Warranty period to be valid.
This Limited Warranty does not apply if absolute judgment, or any of the following have occurred:
– Accidental damage, abuse or neglect.
– Alteration or attempted repair by anyone other than Kypros solar.
– “Acts of God”, including but not limited to; hail, fire, flood, lightning, and earthquakes.
– The serial number or product specification label has been removed or modified in any manner.
Installation: Within 35working days from confirmation.( this is Variable and dpends on high and low season. )
Payment Terms: 70% cash $ upon request & 30% Cash $ upon Installation and Commissioning.
Maintenance: 2 site Visits for the 1STyear (free of charge) each after 6 months.
Warranty: 25 years on Panels,2 years on Inverter,1 year on tubular/gel Batteries.
5 years on Deye Hybrid Inverter,5 years on Lithium batteries Grade A, 3 Years on Lithium Batteries Grade B
Offer Validity: One week.
